Product overview

Process Flow of Two-Stage Gasifier Cold Clean Gas Station:
The gas produced by the two-stage coal gasifier is divided into upper gas and lower gas. The upper gas first enters the Stage I electrostatic precipitator to remove heavy tar and dust, operating at 90–150°C, and then enters an indirect cooler, where the gas is cooled to approximately 35–45°C. The lower gas passes through a cyclone dust collector for dedusting, with the temperature after dust removal around 450–550°C. "While cooling the gas, the sensible heat of the gas is recovered," and the gas temperature drops to about 200–230°C; it then enters an air cooler, where the temperature is further reduced to 80–110°C. After passing through another indirect cooler, the gas is indirectly cooled by circulating water to 35–45°C. The indirectly cooled upper gas and lower gas then enter the Stage II electrostatic precipitator for further oil removal and dedusting. The cooled and purified gas is pressurized by the gas booster and delivered to the end users through the gas pipeline.
