Single-Stage Coal Gasifier Cold Clean Gas Station [Bituminous Coal]
The raw hot gas generated by the coal gasifier, at a temperature of 500–600°C, first enters the twin-pipe cooler, where it is cooled and washed by hot circulating water. Part of the dust in the gas is discharged together with the hot circulating water through the water seal at the bottom of the twin-pipe. After washing in the twin-pipe, the gas temperature is approximately 80–90°C. It then passes through an isolation water seal and enters the Stage I electrostatic precipitator for tar and dust collection, with the gas temperature cooled to around 70°C. Next, it enters the scrubber for further cooling and washing/dedusting, bringing the gas temperature down to 30–45°C. After passing through another isolation water seal, the gas enters the Stage II electrostatic precipitator for further oil removal and dedusting. It is then pressurized by the gas booster, dewatered in the droplet separator, and finally delivered to the end users through the delivery pipeline.
