Single-Stage Coal Gasifier Cold Clean Gas Station [Bituminous Coal]
The raw hot gas generated by the coal gasifier, at a temperature of 500–600°C, first enters the twin-pipe cooler, where it is cooled and washed by hot circulating water. Part of the dust in the gas is discharged together with the hot circulating water through the water seal at the bottom of the twin-pipe. After washing in the twin-pipe, the gas temperature is approximately 80–90°C.
